It’s hard to believe that 5 years have gone by since we launched this experiment called Terra Nova. For those who were around back in January 2006, you may remember a handful of people gathering in Revolution Hall for one service. We only used the downstairs then, and we spread the chairs out carefully in an effort to make the room look full. We were just getting ready to launch our first tribes, we had not yet engaged with Love146, Habitat for Humanity, Joseph’s House and other community needs. Our website was severely under-developed and Facebook and the City were not even open to the general public. Our kids program consisted of one nursery class with a few kids. There was just one band. Three Quarters of our budget was covered by outside support. There were three pastors and no interns, and very people that called Terra Nova home.

A lot has changed since then and we have to give 100% of the glory to God. Join together on January 23rd as we celebrate 5 years of God’s Grace. We will look back at the last 5 years and look forward to the years to come. We hope to see you then.
