This sunday from 11-5PM, downtown Troy will be taken over by annual Victorian Stroll. This is a fun winter festival that is very high on the “Charles Dickens-O-meter”. Expect to see old school santa and period costumes strolling next to the food and merchandise vendors. It’s a good time. No worries about it affecting your ability to park for church at Terra Nova as most people gravitate towards Monument Square. Consider heading down there after church to take in the waistcoat and top hat infused holiday goodness.
