Something to blog about?
So, Phil promised deep dark secrets. Not sure I have any to blog on. Here are the terribly mundane pieces of my world. The kids and I have been working on new strategies for reliving Diane of dishes since September. All is progressing well.
I made a traditional Italian leftover dish with cold pasta, egg, cheese and pepper all mixed together and fried when I could not sleep last night and ate it while watching The Usual Suspects.
I got my first killtacular in Halo2.
I worked on Advent preparations and Luke sermons all week.
Hmmm…deeper and darker?
I played Dungeon and Dragons as a teen, had an early apple II computer, and owned model rockets. How is that for transparency?
For the future…
I am looking so forward to Advent and Christmas Eve with the Terra community. I am excited about Rev Hall and every time I eat at the Tap Room I walk by pray. What are your thots on the whole church @ Revolution Hall thing?
Tonight is the a Terra dinner @ the Groff’s…looking fwd.
Later this month, the Johnny Cash movie bio, Walk the Line comes out. Also this month, Xbox 360 makes its debut.

Soooooooo looking forward to moving to Terra to Rev Hall and Troy! Woohoo!
Hope dinner at the Groffs was all you thought it would be… hip and young, trendy and filled with brown cords.
-Erika
Dinner was definitely a good time, not quite as trendy as i was hoping for though. although wasn’t i wearing brown cords?
crap! I don’t own a single pair of cords in any color! I’m such a loser! I do have two cordoroy blazers. No wait, make that one–I gave the other to Sen. Leary (aka–Dr. J) over a year ago at King’s Chapel when I noticed that he kept stealing it from my office and wearing while playing on the worship team.
pt
got ‘em……wearin’ ‘em as we speak….
What did I get myself into, just by observing the cords and publishing said observation in the TU story?!
Cords: The official dress of Terra Nova.
Did I mention that I also noted puffy vests in that story but that detail got axed by my editor?
I got me a puffy shirt…
eye eye captain….
