We call them Tribes and they meet all over the capital region. You will never get to know everyone at Terra Nova Church, but you can get to know 10-15 people while sitting around someones living room. At a tribe, you will spend time in worship, prayer, and bible study. And in the process of all of that, you will build relationships that we hope will be truly meaningful and gospel centered.

The fall is the best time to join a Tribe as most groups take the summer off, and then ramp up again in the September. When you sign up for a group by filling out THIS FORM we will then work with you find a group that works for where you live and what nights you are available.

You will never get to know everyone you see at church on sunday, but you can get to know 10-15 people hanging out in someone’s living room studying God’s Word, praying, singing, and eating pie (or some other deserty thing). We call those small groups New Tribes. About 70% of those who attend Terra on sunday are also in a Tribe. We have groups meeting throughout the capital region as far north as Saratoga and as far south as Ravena. We also have groups meeting on RPI’s campus and this fall, we add a UAlbany campus tribe. Each year we try to add groups where they are most needed. And this fall, we will launch our first Clifton Park group. If you are not in a group right now but would love to do so, you can sign up in the lobby any sunday in September or simply fill out the online form below. We hope to see you in a group soon!
