We are able to change the date that is shown on the blog (as you'll see by the title), but if you are getting this on an RSS feed, then it will probably still show a date about 3 weeks in the future. Annoying, I know. The web people tell me they can't seem to get it fixed. Hopefully, it will be fixed with the new website that will launch in just a few weeks.
